color pencil hand renderings

This is another piece from the color rending class that focused on examinaing a red pepper's color shades, shadows, and saturation elements.

This assignment was to select a chair frame and fabrics and to illustrate their composition of both. I chose to give the frames distressed finishes and to use a heavily textured chenille and a slubby, multi-colored, small scale pattern.
A color rendering class project designed to study the use of reflection and illumination. The excercise was to emulate the highlights and lowlights of a copper plumbing fitting.
